My NaNoWriMo project for 2022, Snap Back to the Past, AKA the Infinity Stones Decide to Adopt Tony Stark is my masterpiece. I have created a Spotify Playlist and a Pinterest board, both of massive proportions that subsist entirely on vibes and are minimally curated as they are fundamentally just existing for the sake of contributing to the chaos. I also have a prequel story in the series The Marvel Cinematic Universe Phases 1-3 (Loki’s Version) that tells the story about what happened to Loki in canon from his perspective.

Summary: This is a (mostly) canon compliant character study fic that tells the events of Thor (2011), Avengers (2012), Thor: The Dark World, Thor: Ragnarok, and Avengers: Infinity War from Loki’s perspective. All violence, character deaths, and content warnings are because of events in canon.

This is a prequel fic to my time travel fix-it Snap Back to the Past AKA the Infinity Stones Decide to Adopt Tony Stark. This fic is a lot darker than Snap Back to the Past, which is a more light-hearted fix-it take, while this dives deeper into Loki’s psychology. Hence, this fic has an M rating for its more violent and trauma-related themes, while Snap Back to the Past focuses more on the healing aspects and is lighter on angst.

Snap Back to the Past AKA the Infinity Stones Decide to Adopt Tony Stark

Summary: The Infinity Stones decide that they don’t appreciate being snapped to destruction and that it isn’t time for their favorite human to rest quite yet. An unlikely group of six is sent back in time to fix the universe before Thanos gets a chance to break it.

In October 2023 Tony Stark says “I am Iron Man” and snaps his fingers before he dies. A few seconds later cameras are flashing in his face and people want him to elaborate on the statement. It’s November 2009 after all, and the people have questions.

All violence is typical of canon, also this is gonna have a happy ending so no major character deaths of MY protagonists, just some people who are protagonists in canon. 😘
