PYJAMAS
Perhaps it’s a little silly
You may find it strange
Just how much I find myself
Adoring how you look resting
My lovely Angel, tucked
Away in our soft bed
Sleeping in tartan pyjamas
NEGLIGEE
Never did I imagine
Ever seeing you like this,
Gorgeous, flushed, all your
Layers shed, leaving only the prettiest
Ivory lace. A sight only I
Get to see.
Every time we touch, I am
Enraptured by you.
ROBE
Reading alone in
Our bed is lonely
Before you join me; then
Everything is at peace
LINGERIE
Lightly I whisper
In your ear that
Nothing has ever looked as
Gorgeous as your form
Encased in shimmering gauze
Right before you take it off and
I am forced to admit that your
Effort outmatches its silken trappings.
