3AM is, traditionally, a time for sleep. Tony Stark was anything but traditional. He’d been in his workshop for 36 hours, and would have continued to 37, had his phone not pinged with a very specific, and unexpected, ringtone. The person to whom it belonged had been offworld for days and was scheduled for two more. Brow furrowed, he opened up his messages, lips curving into a grin as he read the words.

Finished negotiations early. Brought you a present.

The phone beeped again, an image of Loki in lingerie and a bow appearing on the screen. Inventing could wait.
